The Officer Candidates School website provides thorough guidance on how to prepare both mentally and physically.  There is specific guidance on all aspects of preparation and you can download detailed training plans for both males and females.

The Basic School

All newly commissioned Marine Corps officers must attend The Basic School before they branch off into their MOS (Military Occupational Specialty).  New LTs should visit the TBS website for information concerning check in and a welcome aboard package.
